S&H Trans is a Westfield IN carrier with a mixed fleet — box trucks are our primary equipment. We have 26ft straight truck and box truck driver openings. CDL not always required — many box-truck positions qualify as non-CDL roles (always confirm GVWR with recruiter). The owner stays involved in day-to-day dispatch. You talk to the person making decisions, not a call center.

Box Truck Owner-Operator — Small Carrier, Real Relationships

S&H Trans takes on a small number of box truck owner-operators who want real freight relationships, not automated broker boards. The owner personally reviews every owner-op inquiry before any lane or settlement discussion.

Straight Truck Driver — Midwest Regional (Non-CDL Welcome)

S&H Trans is looking for straight truck and box truck drivers for its Midwest regional base. Non-CDL drivers welcome where the route qualifies. Runs include Indiana and Ohio lanes, with Northeast extensions available for drivers who want more miles. Small company, direct communication, and a recruiter who returns your call.
